Welcome to Camping Culture India. By booking a tour, camp, expedition, or using our website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. Booking and Registration
All bookings must be made through our website, official contact numbers, or authorized representatives.
A participant is considered registered only after full or partial payment and receipt of confirmation from Camping Culture India.
For youth camps (ages 12–18), parental/guardian consent is mandatory.
2. Payment Terms
A minimum advance (usually 50%) is required at the time of booking.
Full payment must be completed before the departure date unless otherwise agreed.
Accepted payment methods include UPI, bank transfer, and authorized payment gateways listed on our website.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations by Participant:
30+ days before departure: 80% refund
15–29 days before departure: 50% refund
Less than 15 days before departure: No refund
Cancellations by Camping Culture India:
A full refund will be provided in case of cancellation due to natural disasters, insufficient bookings, or unforeseen operational reasons.
We may offer rescheduling or vouchers as alternatives.
4. Participant Responsibility
Participants must provide accurate personal and medical information at the time of registration.
It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure they are physically fit and mentally prepared for the chosen activity.
Participants must follow instructions given by team leaders, guides, and coordinators at all times.
Any behavior that endangers others, damages property, or violates group conduct rules may result in removal from the activity without refund.
5. Health, Safety, and Risk
Outdoor activities carry inherent risks such as weather changes, injury, altitude sickness, etc. By joining our programs, participants voluntarily accept these risks.
We take all reasonable precautions and follow standard safety practices. However, Camping Culture India is not liable for any unforeseen accidents, injuries, or losses.
Participants are encouraged to have personal travel or adventure insurance where applicable.
6. Itinerary and Program Changes
All itineraries are subject to change based on weather, local conditions, permits, or safety concerns.
We reserve the right to modify or cancel any part of the itinerary without prior notice to ensure the safety and success of the program.
7. Personal Belongings
Participants are responsible for their personal belongings during travel and activities.
Camping Culture India is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal items.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including photos, videos, and written material, is the intellectual property of Camping Culture India.
No part of the content may be used, copied, or reproduced without written permission.
9. Media Consent
By joining any of our events, you grant us the right to use photos or videos taken during the trip for promotional purposes, unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing prior to the event.
10. Jurisdiction
All legal disputes or claims arising out of participation in our programs or the use of our services shall be governed by the laws of India. The courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any such matters.
